Uru Assembly of Guilds - AoG

The Assembly of Guilds serves the Uru community to facilitate and further the restoration of D'ni through cooperation and open initiatives. The Assembly of Guild's mission is to provide an open and democratic representative unity, which is fostered on voluntary membership, non-hierarchical and yet democratic inner structure, the promotion of mutualism and community support.

Our assemblage of guilds provides access to the explorers of D’ni to find a guild or group they may wish to be associated with, and providing new opportunities and challenges to directly affect the Restoration. The Assembly of Guilds also honors the heritage of the ancient society and civilization of the D'ni. Each of the guilds in this forum offers a unique perspective on that culture. The purpose of these guilds is to promote a positive atmosphere of fellowship and communication among all organizations involved in the restoration effort.

The guilds or organizations will then foster a place where people can come, learn, and rediscover what it means to be a guildsman or craftsman, in ideals and abilities, today. While the guilds and organizations will have serious goals and projects, they will also be dedicated toward creating a fun and joyful time for all members, and the community at large, by acting as a relaxed means of gathering players together to discuss.

The guilds will focus on remaining balanced, and promoting balance, within the Uru community. The guilds and organization will be built on individuals coming together for mutual support and strength in the cavern community, as well as to share ideas and work for the mastery of the self and each individual guild's arts and crafts through the sharing of ideas, constructive criticism, and through a positive cooperation among each guild and society to further the impact of each guild’s role.

Most of all, these groups are focused on the well-being of their members. Each guild and organization will work to create conscious, healthy, balanced individuals through open discussion and personal work, who will then be examples for their respective community of explorers.

Each of the guilds and organizations are open to membership. Each guild maintains its own set of objectives and missions, yet all follow the basic idea of openness and mutual cooperation, both within their organization and with other guilds.

This is a place to discover, communicate, and have fun understanding and participating in the life of the D'ni cavern and helping in an active way in the restoration efforts.
